A suggestion!

Ok so Avina City has a really high crime rate right? Well how about sometimes(not all the time) someone comes along to the characters in Avina city and tries to take money or items from them? These thugs have Pokemon of course so it would be like a Pokemon battle, and if you lose you have a change of having some stuff stolen from your bag or money taken from you? If you win your pokemon gained a good amount of levels and you get money or sometimes maybe even items the thug had on them(nothing really valuable though)

Seemed like an interesting idea to me ^^ what do you think?

Oooh, that's a good idea, Rebecca. We would probably do it to where a person is willing for that to happen, they would put something akin to "[mod: battle]" in the title of their post so us mods would know to look for it.

They could also be totally random bikers that appear elsewhere as well. Like on Route 05, it mentions that bike gangs can appear there on occasions.

It's definitely something to keep in mind. ^^
