Kaelee is naturally very quiet and soft-spoken. She is a little uncomfortable when talking to strangers. She loves to talk to her Pokemon, though. Some people mistake her shyness for rudeness. When she gets embarrassed or nervous, she becomes quieter. When she does trust someone enough to be friends, she takes it very seriously and won't endanger the friendship if she can help it. She is very laid-back and patient. She doesn’t like to rush. She likes to take her time, observe the scenery, stop and smell the roses.

Her hair is long, straight, and light brown, usually pinned up on the back of her head or in a ponytail. Her face is slightly oval-shaped and her eye are a dark, sapphire blue which rest above a petite nose. Freckles are sprinkled across her cheeks and nose. She wears a pair of black-framed glasses. She stands about 5’ 6’’ and is slim with long limbs. A scar stretches from her left shoulder across her back, ending at her right hip. Her skin is pale and she doesn’t tan, she burns. She always wears a hat, to protect herself as much as possible from the sun. Her usual outfits consist of a tight black or dark brown shirt with light jeans or a long, black skirt and a pair of black, knee-high, thick, high heeled boots. A silver charm bracelet hangs from her right wrist.

Kaelee had a normal and happy childhood with her parents in Fuchsia City. As a child, Kaelee liked to observe Pokemon. As she grew older she decided to become a trainer. She progressed quickly as a trainer but before long, the Pokemon of Fuchsia City became infected by the Grey Storm. Her Scyther attacked her, leaving her with a long scar across her back. After the attack she passed out. When she woke up, she was in Teima and she had no idea how she got there.
